The property is ideally located for the Metro station into Central Station and so you are literally 10 minutes from the hub of the City. The area around the hotel felt safe, although there arent a lot of eateries/bars in the vicinity. Hotel itself was clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The only gripe i have, which stops it being excellent all round, was the appalling wi-fi connection. Very weak, and kept dropping off

Had an amazing stay here. Room was decorated as requested for a birthday with balloons, Prosecco and chocolates. Staff are amazing, gave us a loan of a wheelchair to use for duration of stay as partner was struggling with crutches. Couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Super close to metro station for easy trip into Amsterdam Centraal

The hotel is perfectly located two stops away from Amsterdam Central. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would rate it 4 out of 5. My only complaints are that some of the room furniture like the chairs had stains and signs of wear and tear which was kinda shocking since the hotel hasn’t been open that long. Also, when booking I let them know I was celebrating my birthday and got no acknowledgment of it but I look on social media and see a nice handwritten birthday card that they gave another person who was staying at the hotel the same time I was.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Parking machine should be fixed. Buttons do not work properly. Took me about 10 tries to put my pin in. Was stuck inside parking for 15 minutes.
