Location was great, comfortable clean beds, every day housekeeping was superb, very modern, but amenities were minimal. Not enough outlets in the room, the shower has only a partial glass door so bathroom floor quickly becomes a pond, you can’t get an ice cube in the entire place, rooms get hot in the summers, no hair blow dryer either and room decor is bare bones. Some of the staff were quite pleasant & helpful, although we’re still waiting on our refund as front desk booked us for the wrong museum & showing. The food options for breakfast were OK, but not to everyone’s liking. The best day was the one day the attendant made crepes!

Super helpful staff— very accommodating. This spot is in a great part of the city and close to everything without feeling like you're surrounded by the masses of people constantly moving about. There are fantastic dining options in the neighborhood and adjacent 9 streets area. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Super friendly staff

Super friendly staff who went over and above to make our stay a success. Hotel building is old (as most buildings in Amsterdam) but the rooms are renovated and clean. A bit thin doors so you could hear your neighbors coming home in the evening.

The location was fantastic. Close to shops and cafes and within a walking distance of many Amsterdam attractions. The whole area is highly walkable and the location was quiet and safe. Also, The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The main issues were the overall condition of the hotel (not great and not well maintained), the small room for a family, and the lack of A/C (it was hot in Amsterdam when we stayed there). I would book this place for the price and the location, but adjust my expectation regarding the condition of the hotel and the size of the rooms.
