We arrived early and were charged €5 per hour to check in, even though the room was ready — something most hotels offer for free. Staff were rude, the place was dirty, towels were cheap, and supply trucks came through the guest entrance. Overall, a horrible stay. Not recommended.

Great location, and reasonable price for Amsterdam. Comfortable beds. We felt safe in and around the place. There *was* a large building support in part of our room (which I had not anticipated), but it was okay. The coffee maker was difficult to make work at first, then someone came and fixed it. The machine for weighing bags was not working properly, so we lost 2 euro.

Very good hotel, my only issue was the check in period was very strict to the time, the system should be altered to allow people who may get to the hotel an hour early.

Decent hotel at a good price - good for short stay. Service was pretty good. My only complaint is that the shower made a shrieking noise when turning to hot, and even then the water was only lukewarm. Otherwise pretty standard hotel.

All good parking in aerial is €5 / hour . But right next to hotel in underground is parking which only cost €14 / day . Perfect option . Stress free .
