I think I got a lemon of a room. There were handful of small issues that should have been dealt with before I arrived. Both the sink and the tub were cracked and there was hair around the room in the bathroom and in the bed. The tub was very worn and needed a replacement. The drain was slow and didn't work well to stop the water or let it drain. There was a soap film on the tub and half finished plumbing with toilet paper shoved in the pipe under the sink. The conditioner dispenser didnt work and I had to play with it to get it functioning.

Despite the fact I messaged them about my severe feather allergy, they did not inform me that they don’t have any no feather pillow or blanket and they refused to cancel or refund my reservation. In 5 min in the room I had an allergic reaction and lost my voice and had to immediately leave the room and check out the same hour but did not get my refund.

Convenient and fairly good value. Everything was as expected. View was brilliant from our 8th floor room. Breakfast was buffet style and had all the basics covered.

I love this hotel and stay here anytime I come to Amsterdam. It is so convenient, the staff are amazing, always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are lovely, clean and the walk in shower is to die for!
