We didn’t use the pool, hot tub or breakfast so I can’t rate those. To me, this hotel was a solid 7* mostly based on age. It was clean but the beds were too hard for us. Items in the room were dated. For an older hotel, this is a good affordable option. And it was close to the park.

Overall a good stay! We stayed 5 nights and loved how close it was to the parks — even my 68-year-old mom and two kids could walk there and back easily. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the pool and hot tub were clean (highly recommend after a park day). Only downsides: my check-in experience wasn’t great due to a moody front desk clerk, though everyone else was friendly. Housekeeping was hit or miss — we asked for shampoo and conditioner, and when the room was finally cleaned, those were the only things not replaced, which felt intentional. The carpet could be cleaner too. Still, comfortable beds, good location, and overall a decent place for the price.

First and last time we stayed in a Best Western Hotel. The room had an overpowering smell when we got in and went away after a day. If you’re okay with gas station toilet paper, you’ll be fine here. If not, bring your own. Friday a black spider came out of hiding and was crawling on the wall, Saturday I found a bug crawling on the bathroom floor where I placed a small towel for wet feet. We left early bc I couldn’t take it anymore and go anxiety that we would bring bugs homes I brought Lysol and sprayed everything we brought. The A/C is very old school, like the ones you place outside the window but it’s inside instead. Didn’t really keep the room cold unless you left it on all day. The pool area is nice, has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, and a small kiddie size area (jacuzzi size). The lobby was nice which I was the room was just as nice… the breakfast was not bad, had different varieties but crowded.. they have to-go plates which I thought was awesome for the guests. I wish the rooms were better/newer.

There was very little hot water the first day of our stay - we called and they fixed it later that day but when we got back to the room we found a bunch of ants in the bathroom. They came and sprayed at 10 pm. Then the next day they cleaned and left no towels. Overall not a great experience and won’t be staying again.

The walls are pretty thin so we could hear the neighbors conversations but other than that it was great. Great dining options are around and the front staff was very friendly.

Great place to stay for a Disney vacation. Super close to Downtown Disney/parks. Probably the least busy security checkpoint is very close to the hotel.
