Rooms were disastrous, check in staff not helpful, damp bedding, furniture doors opening voluntarily, outlets far from beds and would not hold the plugs, bath tubs were absolutely filthy, inconvenient parking. Just to name a few things.

Start with the good. Access to Disney was wonderful, quick and quiet 10 minute walk. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of room. Now for the less good, house keeping missed our room 3/5 days of our trip even when we requested it multiple times. The breakfast was packed at all times and the staff Miss informed us about allergens which if we hadn’t double checked on our own could have made our daughter quite sick. The air conditioning was spotty and air circulation in the room was loud and old leaving the space musty and stale our whole stay. The wall paper is pealing and the tiles in the bathroom are grimy and molding. I loved the location but would stay somewhere else next time.

We arrived early, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit small and not standard size. Breakfast was great — it was a buffet with different options each day, which we really enjoyed. Another big plus is the location: it’s within walking distance to Disneyland, which saved us both time and money. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. They were very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Coffee and water were also available at the front, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
