This place is nice and clean, very close to Disney and we enjoyed the walk every morning and going back. Housekeeping are thorough, they have very nice receptionist and also some not very nice. I’ve dealt with amazing receptionist here, but not all of them are that nice. It’s LA, so what do you expect. Staff during breakfast are very accommodating but it gets really crowded in the morning, so just a heads up. It’s better to eat in the room, staff even gave us a box to carry 4 plates as my teenagers were taking their time to dress up. We enjoyed our stay here so much, not a fancy stay but a comfortable stay.

The property is situated in a nice location. You can walk to Disneyland or take a shuttle bus. It was nice and clean. It was nice and quiet. The only thing was; our room was not cleaned up.We left early in the morning for Disneyland. We came back to our room and the room had not been cleaned. We had to call the front desk at 1:00 pm and ask if someone was going to come and clean our room. After 2:30 pm someone arrived and cleaned the room. They took care of the problem. The Free breakfast was very good. The Staff and workers in the breakfast area were very friendly and attentive. I will come back to this property. Joe J.

They only had a wall ac that was next to the bathroom so only a portion of the room was cold the other part was hot and then also was humid in that room no air flow to escape other than that excellent place parking can be a challenge sometimes but no complaints

Nice & close to DTD

It’s a good spot to stay, right on the other end of DTD when there’s not a lot of traffic going in. It’s a bit of walking but we didn’t mind. The hotel was nice, breakfast was decent & had some good options for everyone.

This was the perfect stay for our girls day Disney trip. Downtown Disney was a 10 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good, And very convenient for our long Disney day. The hotel was very clean and quiet despite the theme park traffic. Would definitely come back! 10/10

The hotel is a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We could walk to Disneyland and the Convention Center. We were able to watch Disneys fireworks from our hotel. I would stay there again.

the overall experience was great, i would stay here again for sure, the literal only complaint is no fan in the bathroom and the carpets did leave my feet very dirty. there is a window in the bathroom that helps but it does get humid easily, and i kept socks on cuz the one time i didnt my feet were dirty. only saying this so hopefully the property can find a way to fix these issues! otherwise the place is maintained, staff is super sweet, location is perfect! 9/10

Good place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland as it’s an easy walk to downtown Disney which has an entrance to the park. This property is a bit dated, but the free breakfast is a nice touch. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Walkable to Disneyland

This hotel is pretty with a lot of palm trees and for a family vacation to Disneyland it was pretty perfect. We were able to walk to the park. The hotel staff were helpful. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and the immediately charged us to a new room. The breakfast was good and a great perk.
