Spacious room, mold in bathroom

We picked this hotel because of the family suite option. It is a great room layout with lots of space. The hotel is outdated, which didn’t bother me, but the mold growing along the bathroom baseboard was obvious and should never be something travelers should be subjected to. I would stay here again if needed, but would consider other options first.

Not what I expected!!!

It’s was ok. It’s an older, out-dated hotel. I hate that they advertised free breakfast when I had booked the hotel, only to find out they didn’t have any breakfast. That was inconvenient for sure. The cleaning staff did a great job with what they could. It was fine but will not return. Thank you for everything though🙏

I have been eyeing this hotel for years and while we are local, I just couldn’t justify a weekend on site….until now! This weekend was to celebrate my 41st birthday and staying at Lemon Tree was the BEST decision! We got the room with the jacuzzi and omgeeee! Let me say this, after a long Disneyland day - that jacuzzi is absolutely needed! The room overall was more beautiful than expected. The photos on-site don’t do this place justice! Cleanliness was at 100%. Friendly staff, felt like family whenever we needed to let them know something or ask a question. They even allowed us a late check out as we have a 7mo old and getting up and around tends to be delayed these days. If you haven’t stayed at Lemon Tree, please give it a chance! You won’t be disappointed at all!

We would do it again.

This hotel has a friendly staff and was much cleaner than we expected. The room was spotless and the jetted tub worked great with plenty of hot water. Here’s the deal- this is an older hotel that’s trying to keep up with the times and maintenance. Don’t get caught up looking for faults (like the hallway carpet wrinkles and mismatched areas) or you’ll find plenty but none have any bearing on the quality of your stay. At least this was our experience.

If you visit Southern California's theme parks and attractions with your family often you know what to expect. A very affordable room, clean and located minutes from Disneyland. The room we had offered a seperate room with a king bed and the main room had a microwave ,fridge and a sink with 2 queen beds. So keeping inline with that sort of vibe, its nothing fancy, but it met expectations. A nice clean pool and gated parking. Overall it was a nice room with plenty of sleeping arrangements for my family of 5 and a really good price so we had more $$ to spend in other places.

This hotel Lemon Tree Anaheim didn't refund the security deposit. I call the customer service said the refund already issue but it doesn't show on my credit. I have to work with my creditor to resolve it. Never stay this place again!

Do not recommend

The room smelled like cigarettes and bad body odor. They never came in to clean or replace towels, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We were there 3 nights and the keycard to get in the room quit working everyday, so we had to keep going back to get it reactivated.

This doesn't look like how it was displayed on the images at all. We came in late because we were at Disney all day. I thought we had no concerns. I had to wait almost half an hour for someone to be at the front desk, even though I called and was reassured that everything was okay and someone would be there. The room has significant damages to the property with paint jobs trying to cover it up along with any other former outlets,, etc. Lack of tables, trash cans and anything you'd expect around the bathroom sink. The pictures look WAY better than this. If I knew this, I NEVER would've reserved here. I have so many regrets, wish I had my money back and feel sorry for my kids. I will not be trusting this place or website service again.

The hotel suited our needs just fine. It was nice to find a hotel with 3 beds so it suited our family + grandparents well. We were disappointed to not be able to use the Jacuzzi. For some reason they kept the doors to the lobby and the hallway open and it was so chilly in the hotel. Thankfully our room had a good heater. We unfortunately had children come down with the flu and they were quick to get us clean towels and sheets as needed. It was a mediocre stay. Nothing fancy but suited our needs just fine.

I wouldnt stay again

Worst stay I’ve had in a long time. The walls were sooooo thin. we had to listen to our neighbors tv all night. I could hear it so clear, I could literally tell what show they were watching. Made it really difficult to sleep. The room overall was run down and dirty. From the bathroom floor, the carpet, the phone. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke (in a non smoking room) pillows were too small, and looked ridiculous on the bed. The phone was so old, when I was trying to check out, the connection was non stop static and I could barely understand the desk clerk.
