Need to do better.

Was there for a 2 night stay, arrived in the evening. Room was stuffy smelt terrible. Bathroom floor was not clean nor the bathroom sink. A.C unit did not work. Carpet was nasty. Definitely needs upgrading.

Location is great, short walk to the park, short drive to freeways. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was not an issue even during a busy week. Room showed signs up weae and tear/aging in some areas but overall still clean. We stayed in the family suite with bunkbeds. Ac worked flawlessly. Water pressure and water heater was great.

Not bad for the price. Hair dryer did not work. Requested a replacement but never received it. Staff was friendly. Not a far walk from Disney. Some kind of Continental breakfast would be nice.

Stay away! This place is dirty, super outdated, rude staff, and hallways smell like marijuana. When we returned to the hotel from Disneyland the parking lot was full of police vehicles. Yuk!

No Sleep!

Room was clean. Setup is good. Only able to get two hours of sleep since the people above us were making so much noise. Told the front desk multiple times to address and finally after 4hours they addressed and by the that time it was 3am. Thought it could have been handled better and addressed quicker.
