Elevators were all broke with only one working ending up waiting long for entire guests. Housekeeping only left one bottle of water and not organizing the room properly. Staffs never acknowledge guests when they pass by and show nasty faces and attitudes. This can’t be a 4 star hotel. I would rather stay at Days Inn

Our room was over 75 degrees at night or in the morning but system did not allow for us to cool down the room due to "two pipe HVAC system" basically, until it got warmer outside we couldn't use the AC. They offered us a fan, which we took, it was dusty and dirty like it came out of a closet of mine in the back. For the price of hotel and reason anyone is there (Disney) the Netflix/Wifi cut out at least 4 times in a show and to charge for wifi regardless of Marrito Bonvoy member is crazy, hotels no longer pay for cable and we all pay our own stream... wifi should be part of staying in a hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff we encounter in person were very nice. The bathroom is small and for two adults was uncomfortable, the bathroom door was opaic and light came through when someone used the bathroom at night. And despite the engineers help, the TV turned off after 5 minutes despite the sleep setting and the bathroom shower water came out of the handheld and not through the shower head after having to call engineering again because the front desk couldn’t help. All request done via the phone were less than enthusiastic staff!! Won’t stay there again.

I highly recommended this hotel, for a Disneyland visit. It was a very short walk to the park, i was traveling with daughter & granddaughters,the room was comfortable, clean ,the area was safe, staff was friendly, onsite restaurants were great. We'll definitely stay again

Perfect location for walking to Disneyland or the convention center. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only issue was the elevators being out of order intermittently throughout our 4 day stay. Luckily, we were close to the stairs and were located on the second floor.

Our overall stay was pleasant. What’s important is that we had a safe place to go to at the end of the day. Some issues; the tv would constantly turn off, the shower basin would leak to the floor, as well as one usable setting out of 5 to the shower head. The AC unit made a loud knocking noise at least every hour, making it sound like someone is knocking on the door. The staff were very pleasant with cleanliness being their top priority.
