Loved staying here! We went for my daughter’s birthday and they were so amazing when we checked in. After staying here I don’t think I can stay off property now. Perfect family getaway.

We immediately felt well prioritized. As soon as you walk through the front doors, someone greeted us and helped us to get checked in. Pool was so fun for our 3 year old & at sometimes they had more lifeguards than children present. So close to downtown disney & the park intself. Room service was also lovely. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Very loud neighbors in the hotel. My son and I got woken up a few times from loud music and what sounded like 20 ppl laughing in the adjoining room. This initially woke me/us up from 12:30am on until after calling the front desk multiple times the hotel staff finally knocked and got them to stop.
