Its a great option for the parks a good neighbor hotel! its walkable and its clean and very spacious for a larger family! we had plenty of room for our pack and play crib / stroller and all our luggage! Did not feel crowded in there at all which is always so nice!! and the breakfast every morning was so nice, I also hate the room coffee so it was a great option to be able to run down and grab a fresh cup!! Food was excellent too!

They overbooked the hotel and didn't have a room for us when we arrived. We were moved to a lower quality hotel about a half mile south of the Hyatt, which was less that ideal since we were walking to Disneyland each day. They told us our room has no hot water, which is strange since each room doesn't have its own hot water heater. So that wasn't true. They much have overbooked. So we're pretty disappointed in the Hyatt.

It was ok good service at breakfast.Rooms are ok but lots of comforter feathers coming off had to clean it.I wasn’t pleased with the people above our room early in morning kid running like in marathon have to call reception about it and they said they will call them but takes 20 or more minutes before they stop.Overall it was ok maybe not this place again for next visit.

Clean & spacious room in a convenient location with great adjacent dining options including Starbucks and Blaze Pizza. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Not sure how it's possible for waffles to taste that bad, but sausage and potatoes were decent. Pool area was nice.

Had seen reviews complaining about construction .Nothing to worry about ! There was plenty of hot water.The pool was open,beautiful and cold . The staff was nice , breakfast was abundant , the beds comfy . The location was perfect - easy safe walk to the convention center and to DIsney .

Average hotel

Unfortunately, they did not have our room type, which is the reason we specifically picked this hotel. And they did not upgrade us. They threw in free parking, but no other perk. Location for Disneyland was great. 10 min walk was great. Allowed us to come back and go out again for the evening events at the park. The room is old, but clean. Beds were average comfort. The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it did work. Breakfast is included and average.

Arrived to be told that they had no hot water and would be cancelling our reservation and would offer no help. After finding no suitable alternatives for our families three rooms we had to beg to stay in a room with no hot water. When we arrived found that the taps had brown water so we were moved three times that night. After three days got moved to a room with hot water and the front desk promised that we would be compensated for the earlier inconvenience and we would receive a call from a manager to review. This never happened and now I see that my visa was charged full and now can’t reach the hotel to review.

We went on vacation and decided to pick this hotel. We stayed here for 10 days. Check in: check in was smooth and quick First 4 days of stay was fairly nice. Until the day 5, it went downhill from there. Given, the hotel was being renovated so we didn’t the noise. But what we did mind was not having any hot water. We were notified that there wouldn’t be any water from 12 midnight to 6 am. The following day, there wasn’t any hot water. I called the front desk to ask what’s going on and I was informed there was a delay; “few hours, and the water should be back”. We went to Disneyland, came home around 6 and there was still no hot water. Called the front desk again, and was told “at 9 pm”. We waited til 9 pm and there was no hot water. Called the front desk again and was told they’re not sure when it will be back on and they’re just waiting for a part. The water should come back on the next morning. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the only solution they come up with was be on a list to take a shower at a room that has hot water. A lot of customers were not pleased. That afternoon, I spoke with the front desk that we need to be moved to a room that has hot water since aside from not having hot water, the water coming out was yellow. Luckily Alex helped us get new rooms to transfer. This was the first time we had experienced something like this. We have stayed at a hotel that’s being renovated before but it wasn’t to this extent.

Great stay at Hyatt House! Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and space. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to Disneyland. Only suggestion is to improve bathroom amenities like adding moisturizer and better soap containers.

We’ve stayed at Hyatt House Anaheim for nearly a decade, but this last visit was a huge disappointment. Our room was not cleaned well during our stay (bathroom was not cleaned, counters not wiped, floors not vacuumed), the dresser was broken, and the adjoining door was stuck with paint. The pool—one of the main reasons we book here for our kids—was closed with no prior notice, and when it reopened it was dirty and unusable. We also had no hot water one morning, again with no communication. This property used to be our go-to over Disneyland hotels and Airbnbs, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and communication on this stay has us rethinking future visits.
