After an anxiety-giving airport experience, my family and I were so tired and really needed something quick, clean, and enough room for us all. The staff of Hyatt House gave us that and then some. With a spacious room and complimentary breakfast, it was everything we needed.

We had a wonderful short stay here. The room we booked was unfortunately overbooked and we had a little bit of a downgrade. In most circumstances, this will never warrant a positive review but the hotel staff, especially Pualena or Pua made sure we were taken care of. She contacted us before our arrival and explained the situation. We were given a comparable room and parking was comped. The biggest thing was that we have two little kids and asked if any rooms had a detachable shower head that will make washing them a lot easier. None of the rooms available had that unfortunately. However on our first day we noticed that the tub faucet was dripping water, nothing that was bothersome but we mentioned to the front desk and they had someone look at it while we were out. When we came back to the room we found a detachable shower head installed. The drip issue was unrelated but Pua had maintenance install the new shower head anyways since we have previously asked for a room with it. We’ve stayed at many places but never received such a gesture. Service is top notch.

Lovely hotel, very close to the park. I was most impressed with the friendly staff. Pua went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful, joy-filled visit.

Great location, very friendly staff. Walks very thin as we heard a lot of outdoor noise and other rooms noise. Also didn’t get housekeepingveach day.

Happy with our stay, will stay again

Hotel was roomy, clean, comfy and quiet. My family of three stayed 4 nights in a Family Suite, to got to Disneyland. All of us want to stay here again! The pool was clean, with plenty of seating and nice towels. Starbucks and Walgreens right downstairs were a great convenience. The only downfall was the breakfast. It wasn’t terrible, just not that good. We had it once, then decided to go out for breakfast instead.

The location is great- across from the Garden Walk and tons of restaurants. We walked to Disney which was great. However, we were in a newly renovated room and the doors and drawers did not work. We asked all three days for them to be repaired.
