The space is absolutely gorgeous and the location is fantastic. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a lovely historic feel. What an absolute dream property! Oh but what I wouldn’t have given to stay for a month! The staff were the most warm, gracious, friendly, caring folks; the breakfasts were mouthwatering, and the property itself, beyond measure. If you are on the fence, slide right on over, because this was worth twice the price (ignore that part, management 😉) I can not wait to return!!

This property is simply beautiful. It is in a great location that is walking distance to most things you’ll want to explore but located on a quiet street. We slept very well here. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what stood out the most to us. We had a rough travel journey into Antigua due to delays, and lost our luggage. The staff did everything in their power to make us comfortable, and helped us feel at home. They helped us organize our airport transports (even at midnight after encountering serious flight delays) and had great recommendations of things to do nearby. We plan to return to Hotel Casa Santa Rosa in the future. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel has a tranquil atmosphere and is in a relatively quiet area, but is a short walk to all destinations in the old city. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It felt like coming home at the end of the day.
