Interesting neighbourhood and a convenient location for the #1 tram which takes you into the centre in a few minutes. The room was very clean; appreciated free tea and coffee machine downstairs in the reception area. Decent breakfast, with the exception of coagulated scrambled eggs (most other hotels fail on that score too).
