Guests have access to the home. The yard is decorative and embellished. You may walk on the lawn and admire the landscaping. Please do not pick flowers or disrupt the ground. There are paths off the rear that lead to a public path through the Arcata Community Forest. The deck is perfect for lounging and relaxation with a view of nature, or for a BBQ with the family.

There is parking available for three cars. Sorry, no RV's, boats or trailers.
