Easy walk from the west gate of Shinjuku station. Also hotel provided free shuttle service to and from Disneyland and free buffet breakfast as we were staying at the Premier Grand part of the hotel. As far as our suite was concerned the rooms were immaculately cleaned. Amazing bathroom and appliances such as hairdryer and iron were quite snazzy. 2 free bottles of water every day. We also ate in one of the restaurants in the 1st floor as well as bought snacks at a store downstairs as well. It’s almost like having an oasis of calm in a frenetic hectic metropolis. Definitely so happy with our stay there. Would definitely love to return!

Our second stay was as good as the first. Very friendly staff, hotel quiet and calming. Club Lounge very relaxing after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. Wil stay again.
