I don’t recommend staying here. Hotel is old and dated and rooms are tiny, in need or repairs - cracked and stained tiles, damaged walls and wallpaper, 1 pillow provided and window drafts. Checkin took 3 staff and 30 mins to accomplish. Buffet dining over priced and underwhelming. The area doesn’t have much to offer, shopping is limited and bowling alley closed for chartered bookings (only found out after checked in). Stay at the Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport Hotel at Haneda Airport instead if you want to be close to the airport. So many better dining and shopping options and hotel and facilities much newer and nicer.

Super convenient hotel. Just minutes away from shinagawa station where you can get the regular subway as well as the bullet train. The rooms were a bit small but service was really great, place was clean and had a lot to do in the hotel. I didnt do them myself but saw they had a bowling alley, aquarium, Restaurants and souvenir shops.

Convenient to Shinkansen (bullet train)

This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. They also have bowling on property as well as a food court, self-serve laundry, restaurants and other conveniences. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room

Annex Tower getting old

The room looked like it was from the 90s. The tv was on a table, not a mount. The shower was horrible, you had to adjust dials like it was from the 80s, and the paintings had creepy figures in them. For a prestigious hotel, this one wasn’t not worth the money. Never coming back

I love the Shinagawa Prince Hotel because of the super convenient location, the superb service, and overall atmosphere. I’ve been staying there from time to time for 20 years and will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended 4-star Hotel in my opinion.
