The hotel is nice, the staff not so helpful. Asked for change at the bar so I could tip the valet parking at the hotel and they look at me like I was asking for dirt. TV had no channels the night we stayed, we called but the service was repaired in the morning we were leaving. Breakfast was no good (we ordered at la carte), bad capuccino and my husband's order of toast took forever...it was toast!!!!

To start the valet is $75, and the entrance is small so you can possibly be in the street waiting to get in. The check in was smooth. The room is nice but tye bathroom threw me. Sliding door that doesnt fully slide and has gaps. The shower doesn't have a full door. It has one piece of glass near the shower head, so if you adjust the head which you will. You are soaking the floor. It feels like i took a shower on the kitchen floor. The remote to the tv didnt work. The room was ok,but not what I was expecting. When checking in the clerk said everyone hopes to take elevator F, because it has an outside view. It was no sight to be seen. I wouldn't be in a rush to get back.

I had a bad experience at the front desk, everyone was so dismissive and rude while trying to check in, it was just too much, plus they do not have an area where you can get beverages or heat your food, not to mention if you want to use a microwave you have to pay $25 to rent one. The room doors were so small, felt like we were going into a cruise ship room. Also, please keep in mind that you would have to pay $65/75 for valet parking just for one night, which does not make any sense if you plan to stay there for a weekend. The only nice thing I can say is that, the place was clean and nice for pictures.

The vibe of the property was exquisite! Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was great!
