Very well maintained. The staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and kind. They checked on you and house cleaning was great. I stayed 4 days. I definitely will stay there my next visit.

Unsafe Parking, Bad Shuttle Service

I wouldn't stay here again. The parking is not safe, check the many reviews recently mentioning broken windows and break ins. The shuttle service is not adequate. We used the shuttle twice, there is never enough room...we ended up standing both times and many never even got on, but had to wait for another shuttle 30 minutes later. They need more shuttles...this will make you miss your plane and is a real pain to start your day with a bad shuttle experience or have a long day extended for the same reason. Lots of better places to stay with safe parking and better access to and from the airport. Don't waste your time being frustrated here!

The elevator is old and slow. And one of two is broken, and during my 5-day visit, it was not fixed well. Moreover, self-parking is $18 per day, which is out of expectation.

I drove 20+ hours for a funeral and when I arrived I not only had to wait several minutes for the front desk clerk to decide she wanted to come help us check in. She was very rude. It was not necessary to be angry for having to get up and do your job and check my family into our room. Then on top of that thrre was NO soap to take a shower. And it looked like there had not been soap refilled for awhile because the shampoo was almost gone as well and there was a nasty fungal ring around both bottles. We were there for 2 nights. Another family member got their room cleaned while we were out at the funeral. We did not. No clean towels and we took out our own trash! Very disappointed.
