We stayed at Showboat for my Fiance bday weekend. I wasnt aware of the ridiculous parking fee $25 per day 4 nights $100!!!!. At the other hotels you pay one fee for your entire stay. The room was cold at various times. I get Atlantic city had a high wind advisory. Also we asked the cleaning to clean the room they advised us we had to notify the front desk. They dont change the towels or clean the rooms daily. Also at one point the shower had no hot water for over 5hrs. I called the front desk and the receptionist had a nasty attitude. Then advised me to run the hot water for 15mins. The reason we had no hotwater apparently a pipe burst from the freezing cold. We eventually spoke with a manager Amanda, she was extremely nice and heard me out on the concerns with the suite. Amanda had the room cleaned, fresh towels brought up. Also had maintenance fix the hot water issue. I truly appreciated her assistance. The cleaning crew was nice, for the most part the staff was nice as well. The Ice machine fiasco the 23rd floor ice machine wasnt working. The notice taped on the ice machine listed the 3 floors that had working ice machines 7-11 and 14. No ice on 7-11- or 14 Saturday or Sunday. We had to get ice from the bar downstairs. Next topic Elevators 3 out of 6 were operational. I got stuck on 18 at one poin. The Bourbon tower is probably the worst at Showboat. My fiance was disappointed and it frustrated me to have paid that much money to have all those issues in the suite.

The whole hotel was horrible no heat. One staff at check in. The elevators didn’t work let alone only had 3 open working. Every floor was freezing cold. I’m very upset about this stay.

This hotel had the worst experience ever! My family and I stayed there for three nights. The lobby was freezing cold, and the hallway on my 25th floor was even colder. We couldn’t enjoy our stay because of the unpleasant cold. My daughter and niece wanted to play games, but they couldn’t because of the cold inside the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that, no one came to clean our room. We called the front desk because a lamp was broken, but no one came to fix it or even take a look. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!

There was no hot water out first night stay and trying to call the front desk was impossible on a Saturday night and trying to get back to the room it was a 15-20 minute wait because the line was wrapped around the corner because only 2 elevator was working out of 6. And the entire hotel had no heat. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at the showboat. The only thing was great was the indoor water park but freezing soon as you stepped out onto the floor

2 out of 6 elevators where working in a 25 floor hotel, unacceptable. No coffee pot in the room and they do not provide hot water! It was very cold in the hotel and also the water park, Me and my family will not be returning. Very Disappointed
