I liked the room style. The water was lukewarm and the tub was broken and leaking which caused me to fall. The tub was also dirty. For the price of the room I expected everything to be top tier. Also no one from management followed up with me to make sure I was ok after my fall. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I was truly disappointed in my stay this time.

First of all I always bring my cleaning products with me wherever I Go cause a lot of places don't be clean so the first time I stayed it was very clean so this time I came I didn't bring all my cleaning stuff big mistake not only was the tables dirty but it smelled like a pack of cigarettes thank goodness I had my Lysol and fabrez other than that almost everything else was great... Apon leaving the gentleman that came for my luggage was amazing but the gentleman at valet parking was useless or should I lazy as hell he brought my items to the car and just walked away I will return cause I can't let one bad experience ruin it especially being my first visit was great
