Tropicana amenities leave lots to be desired. Pools were not up to par for a resort. No daily maid services. No room service except weekends.

Their AI concierge “Ivy” was terrible, and you could not get anyone by phone. The room was only cleaned once during a 4 day trip, I had to call every day to request clean towels. They had one family friendly pool outside (2 other adult only pools) and that was closed for painting, the only other option for families was the indoor pool instead of turning one of the adult only into family friendly. The indoor pool was run down.

My room was blowing out warm air the entire 4 days I was there. Maintenance finally came out and confirmed it should kick in soon and after being in the sun all day and finally getting to my room, I was hit with an 80 degree room and a lingering stench.

Terrible rooms. Had to switch twice because the AC was either broken in the room or just broke out of no where. This happened in 3 rooms throughout the entire trip.

The hotel itself was beautiful but the room we stood in had paint chipping off the wall and the toilet made a ringing sound everytime you flushed.
