The most striking aspect of our stay was the friendliness and positive attitude of the staff. The rooms are well presented,functional and clean, but the walls are paper thin and if you are not on the top floor you certainly know what the occupants above you are up to especially if they get in late or rise early. Breakfast buffet was good although the warm dishes from the bain marie tended to be cool especially if you ate breakfast around 9 o’clock. Pool is excellent so remember to pack bathers. The restaurant does get very busy with the arrival of coaches so it is important to plan ahead and book.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay for one night. Our room was excellent and overlooked a loch. Our room was modern, large and comfortably appointed.
