Great location in a nice town

This unit is well located with a short walk to restaurants and shops. It is getting a little tired. We had some issues and the staff at Luxury Homes were terrific.Unfortunately the split system downstairs was not working. Managers did their best and provided a fan heater but it was a cold snap and it was barely enough.After waiting over a week for the repairman he came but couldn’t fix as it was under warranty.

The property was advertised with a double garage. Upon arrival the owners vehicle, kayaks, bikes, surfboards and other items co aimed more than half the small garage (only suitable for 1 small car). Our car had to be parked outside, this is a residential complex; an occupant was rude, kept touching our vehicle was abusive and took photos of us while we were inside the property as we were closing up for the night. This same occupant blocked out access to the small garage and was constantly harassing us. The neighbours all had screened their own apartments for additional privacy, likely to being videoed without consent as we experienced. When we Brough this to the attention of the managing agents, they were rude and unhelpful. The kitchen utensils, appliances and plates, bowls etc all had to be washed. The garage wasn’t cleaned out. This was a terrible experience. Days later the agents contacted us after 6.30pm at night and wanted us to immediately relocate as they admitted there false advertised the parking situation. They offered a refund immediately for the remaining days only and then took over a week to finally sort this out. The opposite occupants behaviour was entirely unacceptable, considered harassment and filming for no reason is criminal. We will never stay here again.
