ZERO comfort at this Comfort Suites
Expensive rat hole needs to be torn down. Booked a 2 day stay. Had bugs in the room, dirty wash cloths, AC blowing moldy air, fingerprints on the sink faucet and mirror, tissue or towel remnants hanging from the sink faucet and the tub didn’t drain. The front desk asked if I wanted to have the room fully cleaned and the tub fixed, I confirmed. That was at 0630. When I returned just before midnight, only the bed had been made and some towels had been replaced. I’d asked if house cleaning and maintenance worked together and was told “yes”. I explained that if the tub had actually been cleaned and the water didn’t drain, housekeeping should have noticed and notified maintenance and the desk attendant agreed. It wasn’t fixed. When I checked out I mentioned it again to the front desk to warn them that the next guest may not be so nice about it. They were unbothered which makes me believe they knew all about it but just didn’t care. Guessing the sinusitis came from the moldy air conditioning unit. Go figure. I paid almost $500 for this place. It’s located behind a seemingly new development of townhomes. Nice area until you get on the street where the hotel is located. Simply put, it needs to be torn down.

The experience I got was Awful. After driving hours away from Virginia I get to the hotel and the doors are locked. I rang the doorbell, called the phone and no answer. After about an hour the guy finally walked up from being sleep.

Front Desk Manager on duty the night (actually it was around 1am) was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and personable. The small talk during the check-in process made all the difference. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

Being that the building was away from highway traffic made for a quiet and safe place to stay. The road to the entrance is in a rough condition. There are a couple of pot holes at the very front of the entrance and isn’t good for vehicles.

The hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be however the area around was a little crowded, a little tricky to get into the parking lot. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. No coffee at breakfast 😔. Not much variety of food. However, was overall a good stay.

Well, beside its hidden, hard to find location, the property itself is fine. But when the staff can’t replace a broken coffee maker, that sours one on the experience. And with a 3 am wake up to call ch a flight out of BWI, I need coffee.

This property was nice & clean. There are only a few things that stood out to me. The pool was closed like most other reviews mentioned but that was fine with me because I wasn't interested in using it. The other thing is there was a $150 deposit that i had to pay even though my reservation was paid for in full ahead of time. That was odd to me because I paid in full, left a card on file for incendentals AND paid the $150. Ive never heard of that before. Another thing is we went to breakfast during the hours posted & almost everything was put up. We were able to start to make a waffle but the kitchen staff tried to turn it off while my food was cooking.They also put up the milk so many of us (guests) were left with dry cereal, a half cooked waffle with no syrup or nothing at all. Mind you this was well within breakfast hours.The main thing is that the small fridge/freezer in the room didn't work & we lost alot of food. We reported it & they sent maintenance while we were out to replace it but that doesn’t bring back the money we spent in food that had to be thrown out because it was hot. We were there for 3 ddays & after the breakfast issue the food we lost was what we planned to eat outside of going out.
