The day front deck receptionist were fantastic well as the evening. The rooms are well groomed. There were children assigned to the 2nd floor. My room were 218. These kids were ripping and running well as playing scocer ball in the hallway. They were bouncing off of the walls, guest doors and ringing guest door bells including mine. I did notified the night receptionist. We tried to get some early rest for a football early am game. The noise did not subdide until about 12am. We checked out early about 8:20am. The Receptionists mentioned and the restaurant attendent were super friendly pleaant and nice.

My stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I loved how peaceful the environment was it really felt like a home away from home.The amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was easily available. The service was fast, the atmosphere was warm, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a great and comfortable stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

When I checked in, I found the girl could have been more personable. She had no personality. The room was ok, but the refrigerator did not work. I used it and the food I placed in there went bad. Most of the amenities (gym, pool, etc) were closed and that's no fun. I've stayed at this hotel two times before, and it didn't appear this bad. I will try it once more.
