The first room i stood in (140) it had bedbugs. I got bitten at Least 4 times. The following i complained to the concierge about this. They moved me to another room (202) that room had roaches. I will never stay at a Ramada again

We were allocated smoking rooms unsolicited and the smell was terrible. No lights on the corridor to the stairs and toilet doors were cracked. Television service was near zero and the breakfast was near to none. Had a terrible experience ever in American hotel experiment. Regretted picking this hotel and never to go back again despite the good location of the hotel.

I booked two rooms for my family and there were a lot of issues. There was no clean pillow cases, beetles flying around the room, a mouse came out of the trash can, bathroom door wouldn't close, the smoke detector wasn't on the wall with only wires showing, blood on the pillows, head board was falling off the wall, burn marks in the bathroom, shower head wouldn't work, tub filled up with water and no stopper, profanity written on the bathroom door, keys were a hit and miss with working, and bed sheets had stains all over them.

I'd say it was a place to sleep but it wasn't even that. Some clown was outside all night screaming. The place is a dump but for the price it's about what you'd expect. The towels were stained and looked dirty, the place was dingy and clearly not well maintained or renovated in a long time. The bed was average with only 1 pillow per person and you could barely see the TV while laying down but at least they had basic cable. The bathroom is Not great but also not the worst place I've ever stayed either.

I didn’t stay as soon I walked in the room bad smell , both bed cover were dirty , the toilet seat was covered in cigarette ashes I walked out fast went to the front and ask for a refund she told me to send to the manger which I did and still haven’t heard back .

The property was dirty, inside and outside I checked in at the front desk and immediately checked out. I called to get a refund and was unable to get it. The parking lot was not safe, many of the rooms had the windows boarded up just a terrible experience
