We stayed with our family of 6 (2 adult's, 4 kids 10-3yrs). The suit was very spacious and perfect for what our family needs. I was glad my husband and I could have some privacy in our own room. When our toddler woke up at night in the living room he didn't disrupt the other kids in the 2nd bedroom. Having the full kitchen with all the things was so helpful too and the full fridge was spacio. All the appliances worked really well. Allergies. Our family has dog and cat allergies. I called the hotel earlier in the day before checking in to ask if they can do a deeper cleaning since this is a pet friendly hotel. None of us had any issues. I was very happy. Breakfast. Great options! The kids enjoyed making their own pancakes with their pancake making machine. They had fun watching it. They had a full continental breakfast wirh differen options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have trays you can ask for to help take several plates of food to your room. Cons: The buildings are separate, so you have to walk outside your building to the front desk building/Café area. It was tricky trying to balance my tray of food then scanning my room key to open the other building door. Everytime we walked outside the building we smelled weed. We didn't know where it was coming from most of the time, but I did see some smoking in the parking lot. I don't know if it's legal in Baltimore, but we had small kids with us who don't need to be around that.

From Bad to Worse

I had not stayed at this location in 4 years. At that atime, there was leak into the kitchen light fixture and a clogged toilet but at least the hot breakfast was good. I gave them another chance thinking conditions would have improved by now but... not so much. The service from the housekeeping supervisor was great the first week but she left. The garbage disposer didn't work, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and now they charge for parking. Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. After being there 7 days and no one coming to clean, we called the front desk only to have to debate about the cleaning policy before someone was sent to clean our room. The cleaned it very well. Towels and other necessities could be picked up from the front desk but delivery to the room when requested was unreliable. But worst of all was the breakfast. It was edible if you want to eat the SAME THING Monday - Friday. I do not recommend this hotel for an extended stay.
