The breakfast was cold. They turned off the warmers. The noise from the loud music/ party could be heard in the room. The description stated that the rooms were sound proof, unfortunately they were not. The hotel will charge you for additional items but put it down as other with no explanation.

Hotel is in direct line with airport landing strips. Planes are two 300 feet above you as they come into land from 6 AM in the morning till 2 AM at night if possible to get a good nights sleep.

This is a very unique spectacular resort just at the of the runway of BKK. I spent one night there & my villa even had its own small pool. I would highly recommend at least one night.

Very cool resort, we enjoyed our night there. It's a quick 10-15min ride from the BKK airport, which is why we booked, awaiting an early AM flight the following day. Friendly, helpful staff... Nice restaurant, bar & pool area nearby the rooms. We would definitely stay here again in the future when/if we make it back to Bangkok 🇹🇭

This hotel was definitely one of the weirdest I stayed at. The villas were huge and very interesting and the pool was excellent to spent time at during our pre-departure day. It felt abandoned though and we saw very few people. There is nothing to do outside of the compound so I don't recommend this for your stay in Bangkok. It was ideal for one night stay before our departure as it is very close to the airport. It's filled with quirky art which I enjoyed checking out. We got a bargain on the room, nothing like the prices mentioned in the article when the resort was first open in 2016. I would stay again if traveling with others but not as a solo traveller.

Wow.... airport hotel never knew existed.

Stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and around the world. This one is special. It's not a chain hotel with boxes, it's a hotel full of art, sculptures and everything eclectic. I am a collector of trees so I appreciated the owner keeping some of his collection of fine works and artifacts. Even the painting outside on our terrace was an original signed piece. The room was totally opulent and the roof made of brick gave accoustics an echo. Bed sumptuous, everything perfect. Downside was noise from planes but it didn't bother us. Such a peaceful sleep we ended up missing breakfast...so obviously we must return.

Staff couldn’t be more lovely or helpful , but the property is in dire need of an update . I booked for a long layover in BKK between flights . Restaurant was good , as were the spa services , however the gym was dusty, dirty and sparse . The pictures definitely are deceptive .
