This is really a superb hotel. I think it used to be a Ritz Carlton and it certainly lived up to up to Ritz Carlton standards and actually surpasses some of the Ritz hotels I have stayed at in past years. The rooms are excellent. The location is great. There’s a concierge always available and always helpful as are the rest of the staff.

Our room upgrade didn’t feel like an upgrade. While it was a suite, we would have preferred the room we booked as we had stayed here before and liked that type of room. The suite we received had a goofy bathroom, the shower was unpleasant. But, the staff was extremely pleasant and the hotel was as beautiful as always. The bed was comfortable and that’s a crucial piece.

The property is beautiful. Well maintained and staff is absolutely lovely! Cute little touches to make the stay comfort and memorable- very nice blend of modern and thoughtful Convenience and history/character. Not a single complaint!! Would highly Recommend this property!
