My room was not cleaned when I arrived at 10.30 pm after a long travel day. As no other rooms were free the front desk clerk told me to deal with it. The next morning they said they would not refund me as I had slept in the room therefore using their service. They also would not reimburse my next two nights if I left as my booking was non refundable. One of the worst experiences at a hotel for this ridiculous price with no managers or contact information for anyone other than the front desk staff. I cannot believe these places get away with this type of behaviour strictly because there is such a high demand for accommodation in these tourist cities.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Great location in the beautiful city centre and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, would highly recommend!

The air conditioning did not work. We stayed for three nights. The first night we were given a fan but it was still hot. The second night we were told it is working when it was 27 degrees or so in the room. Even in a different room it was the same issue. Heard other guests complaining too. The third night we had to change the room again at 3 am and we had to be awake at 6 am to catch a train to a different city 5 hrs away. Not only was the stay uncomfortable in the unbearable heat but we couldn’t get enough sleep which resulted in us not enjoying the 2nd city we had to get to due to being so tired. The hotel's reviews indicate that the air conditioner was not workint 10 days ago either, from other guests, yet they continue to deceive peoole by listing it as one of their amenities. We booked this specificslly because we wanted to be comfortable in the heat. Con artists.

We had a terrible experience, very bad customer service, rooms are very very small. Nothing like the pictures they shown.we're supposed to have bed for three people we had only for two we had a couch there that was very dirty and not set up at all, front desk was not helpful on anything we had to wait hours to get a iron for clothing, remarks of receptionists were very condescending, not a good place at all, you Expedia should take this place out of the system because I think they don't want tourists to be in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at Mosaic by Ona. It’s a well-located city hotel, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within easy walking distance. The location also worked well for our tours—pickup and dropoff were convenient. The room wasn’t hugely spacious but perfectly fine for a family of three on a short holiday. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a small issue with the fridge on our first night, but the 24/7 reception team—especially Diego—were quick to help and got it sorted right away. There’s no restaurant onsite, but that didn’t matter given how many good food options are nearby. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay. We’d recommend it and would happily return.

Best location at a very affordable price. Rooms are on the smaller side but you really are in the heart of the best area in town, away from the typical tourism. Walking distance to the best shopping, and iconic locations. Great taperias close by, and just a few blocks further you can get to La Pepita (hands down the best of all only second to El Xampagnet which is located in the Gothic area)
