It doesn’t look anything like the pictures that’s advertised. The room smells like wet carpet, the bathroom is so small when the door is opened you can’t get in the shower. The pool had something floating around in the water. The bar area lady took so long to take my order, I left and went back into the room hungry.I will see how the breakfast is in the am and give an update.

The staff was soo great. Everyone was super nice. I think the hotel itself needs upgrading however. The pool 100% needs to be updated. You could scratch off the debri on the tile where the pool water did not cover, there was an odd odor in the water and there was debri falling from the ceiling into the pool. Great location. Beds were so comfortable. Beautiful bar/lounge area with outdoor seating. Only issue was our room cards were deactivating every day so had to keep going back down to lobby and our room was farthest away from lobby. Front desk staff were very nice, would recommend and stay here again.

The room was nice, floor was a little dirty in room. . I disliked that there was only a shower curtain separating the bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub. The listing says private bathroom, obviously that was not the case .That left lack of privacy. staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant were nice. I feel the price of the food was a little costly for what they offered.

Disappointing accommodation for this hotel chain. Room was uncomfortable: dark walls, cold and dusty floors (no carpeting or rugs). Beds were too high. Bathroom had peeling paint, dirty wall paper and sink was leaky. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent. There are many better hotel options in this area.

I'll start by saying this was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the poconos area. The place was spotless. They even dust the tops of the picture frames,mirrors,etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There hot tub room actually worked. I couldn't believe it. I've had some bad experiences with hot tub rooms, they never live up to the price. But the Baymont hotub room is the place you wanna go if you need to escape for a bit and just relax, enjoy life a little. they also have an indoor pool, bar/lounge, exercise room,and mini arcade. I would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in the poconos. Great place, greater people, greatest time.
