The hotel is located in the central of Batam. Shopping, dining can be accessed via walking. Hotel staffs were very polite and room itself was clean too. Breakfast overall for myself was quite satisfying. Strongly recommended to stay here if you come to Batam for Holidays.

This is our second stay at this hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful because I got some issues with my leg.

The hotel is located at a quiet corner and just a very short walk to grand batam mall. Easy reach to lots of eating places and shopping. The check in process was fast and the staff was able to speak relatively good English. Highly rscommended
