Feels like an abandoned hotel….

I question whether this should be open, like health department open…..I have stayed at budget hotels before because of financial reasons and by far this has been the worse experience of my life. This whole hotel feels almost like an abandoned place from trash everywhere to a nasty pool to puddles of nasty water from the air conditioning units draining in the aisle ways, to staff that is too busy doing not sure what in the back to help customers and vendors coming through….I can say by this has been the worse experience I have ever had in hotel I stayed so far…

Shady hotel. Walked into the room and one bed wasn't even made with sheets only the mattress cover and the room was dirty! Went back up to the manager and he wouldn't refund my room, which I had for 2 nights. I contacted Expedia and they tried to help, but should of done a better job at least a partial refund. Had to book with Townplace Suites 3 minutes away and it was so clean and safe! DON'T GO HERE!

Absolutely terrible room conditions. The pictures do not accurately match what you show up to. The floor was water logged, holes in the walls, cabinets and broken and paint was messed up everywhere. The bathroom door handle was broken and the handle to the shower was also broken. You could only turn the knob so far, so therefore the water never got hot. The parking lot was sketchy as well, we woke up in the middle of the night to make sure our car was still there. We checked out early and the manager was very helpful with adjusting the rate.

I was very surprised at how the place look and the cleanliness of the place. It was awful It look like old run-down apartments that has been built for a long time I will not be staying there again. And to top it off we were in our room and housekeeping just walked in without knocking are introducing themselves and walked out with uapolgyizing are anything.

The room was dirty, the room had no side tables, there was a desk in the middle of a doorway, the door knobs were installed upside down, the toilet seat was hanging off the toilet. The closet door was broken off the hinge. Very dirty floor. When I complained to the desk they told me the rooms were all booked and I wouldn’t get another.
