I only stayed for 1 night . I found the reception staff did not understand English enough to reassure me that my requests to them would be carried out . I was in my room for about 30 minutes in which time i had filled the bath and got into it when a knock at the door made me get out the bath to find a staff member asking me 'Can I clean your room ' !! . I got back in the bath only to have to get out again for a staff member to offer me a plate of complimentary fruit , which i was pleased to accept .
The pool was fabulous as were the staff there.

Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night.

Was one of the best hotel stays we have had anywhere. Brilliant staff,so friendly and helpful. Great rooms and facilities. Our boys loved the pool. Will definitely stay again next time we visit KL.
