Great Hotel Experience

Very nice hotel for a really good price. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Checking in was fast and easy and the mgmt upgraded my room to be closer to other family members. I will stay at Cascade Lidge every time I visit the Bend area. Thank you.

Nicely setup with a dining area and "kitchen" (no stove). Decorative centerpiece on the table. Living room area with couch and coffee table. Homey feeling. Jacuzzi-style tub in the room. No stairs, easy access. Office was locked at 10 pm when we checked in. Friendly, helpful staff. The room has a scent like potpourri but not overpowering.

The room was large which was wonderful. We were overwhelmed by the lemon scent in the room. The staff willingly switched us to a different room, but that deodorizing scent was still pretty heavy. We ran the wall fan all night and that helped. The staff were very friendly and kind.

I loved this place! The room was clean, quiet, nicely decorated spacious. A very comfortable bed too. They have a nice pool also, though I didn't get a chance to use it. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Cascade Lodge and will definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

I’m not sure why this place has good reviews: it’s old, dark, nasty carpet, hasn’t been updated for a long time, old linens, I walked in and walked out. Expedia wouldn’t give me my money back either. I won’t be using them anymore. But don’t stay here is nasty. I came in for business and it’s not in the safest area and I felt uncomfortable.

Super nice staff, friendly, helpful. The room smelled terrific and was very clean. They let us have our room earlier in the day when we arrived early. Safe, spacious, and good for the value! Parking next to our room. We walked from Hayden Homes after a concert and it was a nice, safe walk.
