The view of the cascades was incredible! If I had more time I would have caught a movie and beer at the Old Mill district. I will stay here again the next time I am in Bend!

Very clean, great location. We enjoy staying at this hotel and love the location. Walking distance to Old Mill that offers plenty of dining options as well as shopping!

Very friendly staff, clean, great coffee bar. didn't expect a full refrigerator. one of the mattresses needs to be replaced but the other bed was fine. I have stayed at many motels in Bend, but this one is great, and price is very reasonable.

Very nice front desk, they actually treat you the way they should. Very helpful and kind. Really appreciated the attention they offered in their customer service and guest services. Rooms were actually clean very clean!! Housekeeping does it right there and that says alot coming from me because Im a o.c.d. germ phobic clean freak. Felt very safe! Never saw any funny business going on or around the hotel. Nobody even questionable. The only con I would say is its not as soundproof as I would think it should be. Thank you to the staff for a very pleasant stay!!

Stay was great, only complaint was the heat heater would not stop running on high regardless on what I set the temperature to, had to turn it off and open the window at night. But I enjoy the simplicity, convenience and service is always very friendly and helpful.
