Shower in bath definitely needed good scrubbing! A lot of dulling soap scum. Towels definitely pass their prime. Very thin, but clean. We’ve been using this Sleep Inn for several years because of closeness to cancer center. I’m not sure if we will rebook or look elsewhere, there a new one behind Wilco. Just wasn’t like other stays As always staff was great! That is big factor in favor of staying

Unfortunately the iced over parking lot caused my husband to slip and injure his shoulder and thumb. Despite notifying staff, I was told they did not have rock salt. I complained every time I watched another guest nearly fall (several elderly gentleman). It wasn't until I was checking out the next day that I spoke with a different employee and she not only found the rock salt, she took matters into her own hands and it took her only 10 minutes to finally make the parking lot and sidewalk safe for the guests. This whole thing was unfortunate as it's actually a nice hotel and walking distance to shopping and great food options. The rooms were clean and bed quite comfortable.nice, quiet hotel. They just didn't care about the safety of their guests at all until I finally found the one employee who actually stepped up.
