Check in was fast and convenient. Stafff member provided me with extra pillows and directed me to a convenient parking space near my room. The room was good size, clean, and fresh smelling. This hotel is overall very good and I would stay here again if I was in Bend. I felt it was a good value and clean. My main complaint was the breakfast ending at 9am on a Sunday. I wasn't informed of this at check-in and missed the breakfast.
