Golf, Tennis, Pickleball and biking are all outside your door. Water activities are within minutes away. Mt. Bachelor resort is just an easy 20 min drive.

Explore beautiful Bend, its culture, and its restaurants. Deschutes National Forest is a fantastic attraction year-round!

The entire condo is fully renovated and thoughtfully designed. New luxury linens and towels are available for our guests. We only use healthy and sustainable personal care products.

**LOUNGE**

Gather in the living room and enjoy a natural wood-burning fireplace and a large-screen TV. You can sign in to Netflix, Disney+, etc.

Oversized windows bring in plenty of light during the day.

**KITCHEN**

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dining area perfect for family gatherings. Pots, pans, dishes, Keurig DUO coffee maker, and tea pot are available. BPA-free plastic options are available for kids in the pantry.

**REST**

The home's three bedrooms make this unit a perfect retreat for two families or a group of friends!

-> The downstairs and upstairs bedrooms have king-size beds with luxury linens; each has a 55" TV with Roku

-> The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds perfect for up to 4 kids

The spacious loft on the second floor has a queen sleeper sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping area.

**BATHROOMS**

The downstairs bathroom has a double vanity and a full-size shower. It is accessible directly from the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and a shower bath.

There is a half bath downstairs directly off the kitchen and dining area.

**LAUNDRY**

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the home on the second floor.

**ENTERTAINMENT**

Eight Sunriver SHARC passes are included. Enjoy access to indoor pools and adult hot tub in the colder months. Outdoor pool is open during the warm summer months. Local running and bike paths are conveniently located right outside the door! Tennis and pickleball courts are open during the warmer months. Please visit the SHARC website for the latest updates on hours and availability. We provide eight pool towels for your convenience. Please make sure to not forget them at SHARC.

Fast (up to 1GB) internet is included and available in all rooms.

**LOCATION**

The property is located next door to Sunriver Sage Spa.

We are dedicated hosts who love to travel and care deeply about making each stay a 5-star experience.

There is plenty of parking outside. Walking/biking trails and a pathway to the village are located directly outside.

We love the Village at Sunriver! The village features coffee shops, grocery shopping, boutique stores, great restaurants, and local craft beer! There are organized activities year-round for families and kids of all ages.

You can easily walk around the resort, visit the spa, and pick up morning coffee in the Village. The location is perfect if you want to be active.

To visit Bend, Mt. Bachelor and other local attractions, we find it extremely easy to get around.
