Beautiful River Stay

Situated just a step on the edge of Old Town, along the river, this hotel is a perfect space to explore Bilbao. Easily walkable, trammable, busable to anywhere you can find yourself needing to go. The hotel itself is stunning, immaculate, interestingly designed, and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. The river view room was quiet, Sunny, and very comfortable. Free in-room drinks, super comfy bed, and plenty of space to lounge and relax. Plus the shower has great water pressure, nice bathroom amenities, and an easy to work thermostat. Just a few steps from all kinds of boutiques, shops, different caliber restaurants, and some old Town must-sees. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I loved this place! The exterior is beautiful and on the river, but then you walk inside and realize that an architect was very busy retrofitting this all! Very fascinating elevator ride to the top. The location simply could not be better. We were around the corner from all the evening fun, food, and drinks! The parking was off-property, but not too far. Lovely staff!

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, it was pure joy and fun. The staff is absolutely amazing—super friendly and playful. The rooms are fantastic, thoughtfully designed, and well-maintained. The bed-Incredibly comfy! The breakfast feels luxurious, and there’s even a Michelin-star restaurant in the hotel. I loved this room. The exposed stone in the hall and rooms was beautiful. The beds were clean and comfortable and the windows could be opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom supplies were exceptional and left me with the best hair all trip.
