I didn’t get the chance to stay. They gave my reserved room away as I was having trouble on the road. Left my family with nowhere to stay on the coldest night I’ve encountered in a while.

I got to the motel at 2pm. The lady at the front desk said that if I check in early, it would cost me $15. I have never in all of my travels had this happen. I left to go eat a late lunch and gas up my vehicle. I returned at 4pm and checked in. When I got my room key, it would not work on an external door and on my room door. I had to return to the front desk to get the room key reprogramed.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I don’t want to fail to alert others about our negative experience, especially if you are traveling with family as we were. Ours was a Friday night stay and the smell of weed in the hallway was thick. Our room also smelled of it, though not quite as strong. Could still smell it in our luggage the next day when we stayed elsewhere. We did sleep well. Maybe because we were super tired? Next morning the hallways smelled very air-freshened. Management was apologetic at checkout saying it was a smoke free property. Never had such an experience before. Hope never again.

This was a very nice hotel… so I booked one night her should’ve booked 2 nights at the same time but know if I needed both nights.. checked in with my Candy.. great customer service. Very informative about the hotel.. breakfast starts at 630.. now mind you my room had a kitchen but I didn’t have groceries. So I go to breakfast. Im not gonna lie i actually liked it.. I went 2times.. the 2nd time guest were coming up to the cook as she restocked fresh items. Mind you I came back a 2nd time because I need to renew my room. So I make another reservation via 3rd party. The 30 minutes later still no email.. Samantha at the front desk made the process a breeze … i was super sleepy and still had 3hrs before check out. OMG i overslept SAMANTHA DIDNT LET THEM DISTURB MY SLEEP.. i came down immediately got new keys and enjoyed my day.

The TV was not working (cords were plugged in and the power button on the tv nonresponsive) and no remote in the room as well. Called the front desk and reported the situation. No one came to fix, replace the TV or provide a remote. Disappointed that this basic amenity was not available to the guest. Friendly front desk workers though.

There was a lot of space but this place is run down. The overpowering smell of someone smoking weed in a first floor room was crazy. There is no way the staff didn’t know. Not sure what they could do though. Breakfast ends by 8:30 but once food runs out after 8ish they won’t be replacing it. The beds were so small. Maybe I misread and assumed it would be a queen size but it was a full size. Front desk Staff is friendly. The area is safe. Breakfast is included. If you only need a place to sleep and you plan on eating breakfast super early, it could be the place for you.
