We had an amazing stay at the Manor House Hotel

We had an amazing stay at the Manor House Hotel and Spa. We specifically wanted to stay in the historic house itself, and it did not disappoint. We stayed in Room 37, which, while traditional in style, was full of character—including a charming hidden bathroom that added to the unique experience. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The spa was clean and well-maintained, with robes provided upon entry and secure lockers with keys for convenience.

Lovely location but very tired and dated with ridicoulous rules if you pay by cash you need to leave a driving licence on there files madness!! Nice break on Way of Life Pilgrim route.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel. The reception staff could have been clearer about the cost of breakfast for non-inclusive guests when we we checked in. There was a limited selection of hot drinks in our bedroom.

Very accompanying environment for people who are not from the area, I felt instantly comfortable and the buildings were relatively easy to navigate. Very happy with the services provided and the price was a bargain for what we ended up getting. Would definitely recommend.

Superior room not worth the extra.

Room had an adjoining room door that wasnot sound proofed. So second night was not good and woken at 615am by very noisy neighbour. Door needs to be sound proof. As this is sold as their superior room.Damed poor show. We did get discounted pool use.
