This is the third time I stay in this hotel and it is excellent. Amazing reception staff, really helpful, impeccable customer service. Love the rooms as well and location is really central.

Large room and bed! Very clean, breakfast was included in our rate although I’m coeliac and there were no signs saying what I could eat. The staff seemed pushed to their limits - it was the start of university though so in those circumstances totally unacceptable

We looked for a standard room which meets our needs but eventually decided to go for a larger room at extra cost, but to find out that it’s right next to the lift shaft which became busy from around 5am. Wish to knew that in the room description.
