Room great and spacious - has everything you need. Bed quite comfy. Soundproofing not great - loud neighbours kept me awake until they decided to go to sleep. Staff, wonderful and helpful for the most part. Reception staff were spot on, restaurant staff were lovely, one of the bar staff was great (the one from Columbia). The other one was pretty rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Food was fine. Not as great as I was hoping. The chefs specials were delicious. The burger was bland and lukewarm. Took an age between starters and mains. I was impressed on the whole and would come back.
