It was a standard Days Inn. No air conditioning, no fans available, it was a very hot weekend. Room on the small side. It was an accessible room but we found the lowered bath with shower over very difficult to use. Shower not clearly labelled regarding temperature etc. Staff were pleasant and helpful when i asked them anything. EV chargers only forTesla cars. I had to use the ones at the service station. Inconvenient for a disabled customer.

The hotel was fine for a short overnight stay. The lady on reception came across as a bit unfriendly at check-in. We had to go back to reception to order towels which had not been left in the room and to report a broken item which we did not want to get the blame fore at a later stage. I would use again in the future.

For the price, the hotel room itself was fine. Comfortable bed, clean and a hot shower. However calling itself an airport hotel with no shuttle to the airport is quite unfortunate. If you have an early morning flight, you can either book an expensive taxi, take the bus that only runs once an hour or take a chance on an uber showing up. Luckily our uber did show but it was cancelled several times that morning which caused added stress. I would not recommend if you’re planning to head to the airport early morning.

Good clean accommodation, public areas could do with an upgrade, had to go to The Ramada for breakfast, which is not ideal if it’s raining. All in all it was value for money and was fine for our needs, surprisingly quiet considering it was at a motorway services

We stayed two nights at the Days Inn London Wyndham M11. The highlight of our stay was definitely the receptionist Alex — she was extremely kind, let us check in early, and gave us great tips about London. Her hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is relatively close to Stansted Airport, which is convenient. However, getting to and from the hotel by public transport wasn’t always easy. On multiple occasions, we had to wait up to 40 minutes for a bus, which was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with a child. The room itself had some downsides: the hallway smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair left behind from previous guests. These details affected the overall comfort of our stay. In summary, we truly appreciated Alex’s excellent service, but the hotel could improve in cleanliness and transportation accessibility.
