Clean room. Issue with aircon/heater. Was locked on high and despite asking for help they couldn’t reduce it: I baked. And then at night the temperature number lit the room up, so it’s another issue. Wasn’t offered a different room

No gym even though it says there is, there was NO WIFI and its in quite a bad area, very hard to get taxi, 25 minute walk from main town and across a motorway, at least there is good food options beside it and staff are quite nice

Very close to stansted but very noisy all night. We had drains gurgling all night, the air vent in bathroom is loud and cant switch off, the door handles have a siren whenever anyone opens the door from the inside, so neighbours trying to be quiet still set sirens off. Flashing blue lights shine through curtains all night. Its a really disturbed night sleep for us.
