We had booked the property based on the photos and description on the Expedia page. A few days before, I received an email telling me that because of vandalism we would not be able to stay in the apartment we had booked but would be allocated another apartment in the same block. The email also invited me to ask for any further information. My request for further information was ignored. The alternative apartment bore no resemblance to the apartment we had booked. The décor was tired, the furniture was cheap. The sofa had a rip down the middle. There was no parking allocated. Very disappointing.

Excellent Apartment

Good location, close to station, cinema and other amenities. Nice views. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and furnished and the kitchen had a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The owner met us at the apartment to give us keys and show us round.
