Located in downtown Boone, IA, just minutes away from Seven Oaks Recreation Ski Resort,  Ledges State Park, and Boone Speedway. The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.


The unit is about a 10 minute drive to Ames, IA, home of the Iowa State Cyclones. In Ames you will find many activities, restaurants, and if traveling on a weekend, you may even be able to make it to a game!

This was the perfect clean space for my young family to stay in! Lots of different shops and restaurants nearby and tons of parks nearby for the kids to play at as well.
