Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with other apartments, this 35 m² air-conditioned apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby cot available – see photos). Since 2026, the extra bed has been replaced with a real single bed for added comfort.



Ideal for short, long, or business stays, it’s in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse. Explore the city easily while enjoying the apartment’s calm atmosphere.



The living area combines lounge and bedroom with table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage. At night, it converts into a bedroom with two thick 90 cm x 2 m beds and a single bed.



The bathroom features a shower, sink, soap, and hairdryer, with separate toilet.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and several coffee makers—perfect for meal preparation.



On request, a travel cot, high chair, and stroller are available. A secure luggage storage service is offered on the ground floor for your convenience (available for an extra fee). Cleaning products, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for your comfort.



Please note there is no elevator.

Wir mussten zuerst den Schmutz von den vorherigen Urlaubern entfernen. Alles war schmuddelig, die Griffe in der Küche klebrig, die Besteckschublade voller Krümel und abgebrochener Plastikteile, das Waschbecken dreckig und ohne Stöpsel, die Küchentür kaputt und ohne Griffe, das einzige Küchenhandtuch total löchrig. Das Eisfach war total vereist. Das eine Bettlaken war zu klein und rutschte immer von der Matratze. Die Fenster waren so schmutzig, dass man kaum raussehen konnte. Die Brause in der Dusche total verkalkt. Im und unter dem Teppich klebten Krümel und ekelhafte Haare.Alles in allem ein ziemlich herunterkommenes Apartment, was den Mietpreis in keinster Weise rechtfertigte. Wer ein paar schöne Tage in Bordeaux verbringen möchte, sollte dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall meiden.
