Excellent location. Walking distant to everything. Quiet and very comfortable. Renovated and clean. Tram to/from train station was perfect and easy. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bordeaux 👍

Great location and very nice breakfast. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. However, our room was NOT READY for check in until 4pm. After traveling from Paris we were ready to unpack and get settled in. Rooms were recently updated. Overall, a very nice hotel that we would stay at again.

The location of the hotel is great, easy to walk to the center. The layout of the room we had was a little weird. It's a flag shape with a long corridor. The people that work there were very helpful.

Hotel in great location. Walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Had to use public parking but was close by. Hotel is well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Had co-joined rooms with only complaint being couldn’t turn off hallway light between. Skipped breakfast with numerous breakfast spots close by hotel. Would definitely recommend as the appearance and facilities hard to beat

What a wonderful hotel! This property lived up to all the reviews I had read about it. We opted for the breakfast option with the room rate and was amazed at the quality of the breakfast that was available. The breakfast bar had everything that we would want for breakfast plus additional things. We stayed in room 120 which is a strong recommendation for anyone visiting the hotel in the future. The bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was larger than some other rooms in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating as far as calling in taxis and offering us recommendations for restaurants. What the big winning feature of the hotel is its location. It’s right in city Center very walkable to the Bordeaux tram system and many wonderful restaurants. when we return to Bordeaux, this will be our go to hotel.
