The housekeepers and the maintenance man were excellent very polite and answered any question we had. The grounds and the room were very nice. The room was clean and smelling nice. I was in room 244 the sheets, pillows, comforter, and towels were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is the amount of noise the other guests were making, it wasn't unbearable but definitely was noticeable.
