Hotel is beautiful, stated in a lower floor so was a renovated room. Very nice rooms. Service was sub par. Took 5 hours to get towels… literally. Only one food option really. Couldn’t find a coffee shop at a “resort”. 21 and only pool only real amenity outside of casino. Not much to do in Shreveport so would have been nice to have some additional options for entertainment. Probably won’t stay again and will try another resort if I have to visit the area.

The ladies checking me in was super nice. The room was good and cold for me, however upon getting ready to shower the bath mat was rolled up by the towels and the bottom of the mat was moldy and hair on the bottom and small pieces of gray and white hair on top of the mat and hair in the tub. I called and they brought a replacement but that shouldn’t have been like that with the reputation of horseshoe casino and hotel. Having to pay for a early check in and a resort fee and a nasty bath mat was bad but i only stayed one night.

Our room was very big and spacious and it was renovated very nice except the bathroom had not been renovated and the pictures on the website showed it as renovated. There was only 1 trash can in the entire room and it was in the bathroom with no liner. Kept hearing doors slamming. Could not get the front desk from the room phone. Overall it was good and we would stay again and we were able to get a really good price

We had reservations for over a week to stay here. Unfortunately they did loose power around 3 and it came back on around 5ish then off again at 6. It finally came back on for the last time around 6:45. We were trying to check in after 7pm. The informed us that they would be most likely an hour to get our room due to house keeping still trying to clean them. Waited an hour went back up and still no room. I asked are we going to be waiting 3 hours for a room and it was replied that “ they hope not”. They wouldn’t compensate us of anything due to this. They had bad attitudes towards me. We decided to just leave and head home. Some were waiting longer than us.

The rm was beautiful & clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The music was a little over powering all over the 1st floor. And this is dumb, but there was only 1 trash can in the whole rm. Minor inconvenience. I would happily return.
