I made my reservation 5 days before my stay and it was confirmed. We arrived at 1130pm after driving 5 hours, working an event and then driving 30 min to the hotel. THEY WERE OVERBOOKED AND DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME. I never once got told they were overbooked, not a call, email, no communication. They had ample time and yet never reached out. They have lost my business.

Stayed on a Friday night in newly renovated room. The room was great but there was definitely more noise in the hallways than I remember. Not enough to take away a star but still noticeable.

Upon checking in was given a deluxe room. Did not realize it until I went into the room. Called front desk and was told that’s what I reserved. Once confirming my email I walked back down and informed them I reserved a luxury room. Even though rooms were non smoking both had the cigarette smell. The deluxe more so than the luxury. Luxury rooms are way nicer though than the classic/deluxe.

Poor staff. Asked for room to be refreshed but the housekeeping lady said she couldn’t because my room wasn’t on her list. No trash can in room just in bathroom.

Needs a refresh to draw people in. I do not gamble, but hotels in Shreveport are way overpriced. This was not convenient location-wise, but the price not so high. I thought it was fake pretentious with the decor and didn’t reflect shreveport/Bossier at all. It’s a Ceasar’s property and it made me think that I wouldnt want to stay at Ceasar’s in Vegas. A Lot of potential, but why bother. It’s Bossier City.

The hotel was nice except they didn’t warn that they were doing construction in the rooms everyday. Literally sounded like they were drilling through the floor right above our room.
