We booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and even though we called earlier in the day to confirm that our rooms were secured when we arrived we were told that only 2 of the rooms matched our reservation and the other room was changed to a king bed with a pull out sofa. Employee during check in was only there for a week and couldn’t help us with where we could park our over sized van and the employee in the morning when we asked for help correcting the issue was rude.

I was in Boston for work and this was my first time staying in this specific AC. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff greeted everyone with warmth and a smile. The lobby was clean, and although I didnt eat there, food and a full bar were available...convenient! The room was very clean and quiet. I had enough room for all my clothes but if I were staying longer, hanging clothes might have been an issue. Same with lack of drawers. Don't stay in room 149!! Room was dirty, and there was a stinky toilet leak coming up within the floor tiles. Also, pool was much smaller than the pictures and it was super dirty.

I had expected more customer-oriented service from both the hosts and housekeeping, particularly with the agreed-upon every-other-day cleaning schedule being followed without the need for reminders.
